1. You may not use Sharkwifi's Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violations of copyright laws and other applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without prior written authorization from Sharkwifi.
3. You understand that your account data and content (excluding credit card information) may be transmitted across various networks and adapted to meet the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information will always be encrypted during transmission.
4. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services, including any information submitted to or stored through Sharkwifi, is governed by Sharkwifi's Privacy Policy.
5. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood Sharkwifi's Privacy Policy.

Account Requirements

1. You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. You must provide your legal full name, current address, valid email address, and any other information required during the registration process.
3. You authorize Sharkwifi to use the email address you provide as the primary method of communication.
4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and password. Sharkwifi shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.
5. You are responsible for all activities and content uploaded to your Sharkwifi account, including data, graphics, photographs, links, and other materials.
6. You may not upload, transmit, or distribute spam, viruses, malware, or any other harmful code through the Services.
7. Any violation of these Terms of Service may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Services, at Sharkwifi's sole discretion.
